Description

• Perform Accounts Receivable function
• Generate payment receipts and credit memos
• Match and record cash receipts
• Issue Credit Note – Sales Rebate
• Prepare monthly aging and AR management reports
• Email and Print SOA to Customers
• Resolving outstanding payment issues with customers
• Manage and monitor the AR aging for any long overdue debtors
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualification:

• Able to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Adhere to accounting standards and business and audit ethics
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP accounting software is an advantage
• Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills
