**OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
**Motivated leasing agent handling all leasing requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Overall responsible for Tenancy Matters and managing of lease issues with Tenants
  • Good knowledge of market rental and formulate strategies which encompass rental review
  • Negotiate and process the renewal documentation of Tenancy agreements with tenants
  • Perform credit analysis on customers
  • Responsible for rental collection and monitor credit control of Tenants
  • Liaise with lawyers on legal proceeding on all Legal cases
  • Develop and maintain strong Landlord-Tenant relationship
  • Handover/ Takeover of properties
  • Ensure Monthly invoicing/ Adhoc invoicing is issued to Tenants
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by line manager

ARCHETYPES OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • Diploma / Degree in Real Estate/ Project and Facilities Management / Business Administration/ Marketing is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing Industrial / Commercial rental portfolio
  • Pleasant and Cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure will be advantage
  • Able to work in a team
  • Meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt is preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
