Description
HR Functions
- Assist in recruitment and hiring process for Direct employee
- Prepare and monitor work permit (new or renewal) for Direct employee
- Prepare letters for direct employee: employment / salary adjustment /increment / promotional
- Update foreign workers levy report
- Prepare payroll for direct workers /staff
- Income tax submission for direct Foreign Worker
- Maintenance of hard copy / soft copy of personal files for direct employees
- Check Infotech system on direct staff attendance (ensure all are up to date)
- Assist in staff on boarding process such as create & issuing door access and uniform
- Preparing for Account opening for Direct workers
- Generate and prepare daily attendance record
- Coordinate BCA Coretrade training & CSOC procedure
General admin duties
- Assist in company events
- Assist in handling staff housing issues
- Flight booking for foreign workers on home leave and repatriation
- Updating of monthly staff contact List
- Checking CCTV and door access
- Update MHC system, issue MHC card to staff, download invoices etc
- Any other job as assign by the Management
