Description
Human Resource Admin

  • Performs daily administrative and human resources task within the department.
  • Assist with payroll processing and assisting with employee documentation.
  • Compiling and maintaining employee record.
  • Assist in various permits renewal including work permits, insurances, vehicle roadtax.
  • Attending to HRrelated inquiries from internal and external personnel.
  • Maintaining employee database in the HRMS
  • Process government paid leave claims
  • Work closely with Manager and team to ensure smooth operation
  • Submit foreign levy waiver claims
  • Assist with cancellation / renewal of work permit.
  • Calculation of annual leave and other benefit entitlement
  • Preparation of HR related letters such as Letter of Appointment, Employment Certification etc.
  • Covering of reception duty as and when required
  • Support in the daytoday HR duties in compliance with MOM requirements
  • Yearly preparation and submission of efiling (IR8E) for Income Tax reporting to the Authority
  • Able to handle multitasking of admin activities and sales background will be an advantage.
  • Willing to handle company phone for an incoming sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$2, $2,800.00 per month
