**Overview: As a Customer Service Assistance, you will play a pivotal role in projecting a professional image and ensuring exceptional customer interactions at every touchpoint. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting product and service training sessions, facilitating customer service best practices workshops, and leading communication skills development exercises. Additionally, you will organize company culture and brand immersion sessions to ensure alignment with our brand values.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct product and service training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding among customerfacing teams.
  • Facilitate workshops focused on customer service best practices, empowering team members to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Lead communication skills development exercises to enhance verbal and written communication proficiency across the organization.
  • Organize and oversee company culture and brand immersion sessions to foster a deep understanding of our brand identity and values.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback regarding interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and strive to achieve or exceed targeted customer satisfaction scores.
  • Drive increased sales or promotion of relevant services through effective communication strategies.
  • Implement surveys and feedback mechanisms to measure and improve customer satisfaction scores.
  • Utilize customer experience metrics to continuously improve and optimize the overall customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Proven 12 experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Familiarity with customer experience metrics and measurement tools.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
