Job Scope

Perform daytoday operations of the HR functionaries including data entry of staff details into the HR portal, updating of employee records, filing, preparation of employment contracts, employee letters and other documentation.
Payroll processing including monthly salary, overtime computation, salary adjustments, bonus, employee attendance and leave
Administration of employee insurances and medical benefits
Assist in the recruitment cycle from posting of job advertisements to shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
Conducting orientations for new employees and explaining company policies
To manage the staff resignation / end of contract and exit clearance matters
Prepare and submit all employer related claims (NS makeup pay, maternity/paternity, childcare leave, Skillsconnect etc)
Conduct biyearly performance appraisal
Adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or other relevant field
1 to 3 years of relevant experiences HR administrative and payroll role
Knowledge of INFO-TECH software will be an advantage
