Learning

  • Responsible for executing learning programs strategy, support end to end learning initiatives including identifying learning and development needs, update policies and processes, curating content, sourcing for vendors, assessing and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Manage communication strategy to educate employees about learning initiative and market plans for new courses and training updates.
  • Works collaboratively with business leaders and people partners in the development and implementation of learning development initiatives such as young talent program and internship program.
  • Collaborates with the L&D shared services center to ensure effective outcomes.

Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyse results, drive action plans implementation across business lines.
  • Build employee engagement through driving and implementing employee recognition programmes, employee engagement programmes, communication platforms, and organisation of events.
  • Involved in all initiatives to improve employee engagement and bolster morale such as wellness and culture related events.
  • Partnering with vendors for employee related events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or any related fields from a recognized university.
  • Proactive and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication and loves connecting with people.
  • Selfstarter with high level of initiative.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and navigates ambiguity well.
