    Job Description

    • Responsible for full AR function
    • Key in and preparation of payment, reconciliation of vendors' accounts
    • Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments
    • Monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers
    • Assist in monthly closing, annual audit process and reconciliations
    • Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma in accountancy or equivalent qualification
    • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in AR functions
    • Having knowledge of GST - input & output tax
    • Familiar with MS Excel and accounting software
    • Able to work on a 5.5-day (alt Sat-off) work week schedule
    • Candidates with experience in project controlling will have an added advantage
    • Candidates with experience in the full spectrum of accounting will have an added advantage
    • Immediately availability preferred
