Role Summary:

We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Persian-speaking region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partner relationships while continuously seeking new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
• Leverage an extensive local network, including key opinion leaders and community figures, with a history of proven successes.
• Maintain a verifiable record of trading volume on a major exchange platform.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto exchange sector.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, developing and delivering presentations to prospective partners.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Persian.
