IT System Specialist - Singapore - JDA WMS PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, identify and implement enhancements, upgrades and/or solutions to improve the overall support of the lab system / instrumentation in a timely manner, including hands-on troubleshooting, for Pathlab Singapore & Pathlab Hong Kong
• Responsible as technical lead for instrument field service engineers and external vendors, but not limited to: on-boarding, retiring, troubleshooting client instrument and information technology issues, system enhancements and system development
• Ensure adherence to lab policies through periodic reporting and compliance program including Singapore lab information system policies which may require formal engagement and representation to the respective health agencies.
• Create / maintain audited inventory of lab assets & equipment
• Escalate IT issues that are not resolved via identified support channels

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant lab system support experience
• Candidate's working experience should center around medical laboratories industries.
• Experience with scientific instrumentation especially Siemens, Roche etc and documentation
• Strong technical skill i.e can deal with HL7, TCP/IP communication protocol, IT system development projects, software integration etc
