Description
Roles & Responsibilities· Ensure efficient and smooth operation of airfreight & Ocean/ Trucking shipments.
· Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.
· Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.
· Ensure timely sending of pre-alerts for all shipments.
· Update shipments uplift report.
· Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.
· Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
· Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
· Manage Airlines/Shipping line/Co-loader network and ensure best buying rates for the company.
· Response to RFQ/Rates Request.
· Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
· Ensure profitability for businesses secured by sales with regular review with management.
· Assist in development of airfreight/oceanfreight businesses from existing customers assigned.
· Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
