    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. As a Physiotherapist, you will assess patients' physical conditions, develop customized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and promote optimal function.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary status.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
    • Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
    • Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and strategies for managing chronic conditions.
    • Monitor patients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately.
    • Provide compassionate support and encouragement to patients as they work towards their rehabilitation goals.
    • Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practice, attend continuing education opportunities, and participate in professional development activities.
    • Maintain accurate patient records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality requirements.
    • Adhere to ethical principles and professional standards of practice, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and respect for patients' rights and dignity.

    Requirements:

    • A valid education certification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
    • Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation, orthopaedics, sports medicine, or geriatrics.
    • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with proficiency in developing individualized care plans and implementing evidence-based interventions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
    • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their rehabilitation goals.
