Senior Analyst - Singapore - EAST LIGHT PTE. LTD.

Description

• Manage Master Production Planning (MPS).
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Planning Teams for production/capacity/material planning to ensure key performance indices are achieved.
• Manage Customer Request Dates and Past Due Orders to meet Ontime Delivery and inventory turn targets for WEO Corp.
• Rollout monthly PSI for projection of capacity / inventory / revenue and perform risk assessment for WEO Corp.
• Ensure alignment of master data across production sites.
• Lead Phasein/Phaseout Projects.
• Lead E & O activities.
• Update and maintain weekly & monthly Bowlers for delivery and inventory performance
• Execute any other tasks assigned by Manager

• 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Business Central or related ERP systems.
• Experience in production planning & control / forecasting / inventory management
• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Strong execution skills in Microsoft Office esp Excel & Power BI.
• Versatile and be open to other supply chain roles.
• Good communication skill (English & Mandarin).
• Able to form and maintain good relationships internally & externally.
• Flexibility in work hours to interface with external parties (if needed).
• Meticulous with keen eye for details.
• Keen learner and team player.
• Strong analytical skills.
