Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications.
Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence.
Laising with dormitory, vendors and related parties and internal customer.
Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant.
Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing.
Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process.
Maintain & update the HR system.
Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing and registration.
Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events etc.
Other administrative duties.
Ad hoc duties.

Job Requirement

Diploma with 2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience.
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team member.
Meticulous with an eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
