- Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including network, systems, software and application, data storage and backup, and security. Provide guidance to Deskside team in daily IT request resolution.
- Serve as single point of contact for all matters related to IT Operations and Deskside Support. Provide people-oriented first level IT support to End User Computing issues on PC/laptop, mobile devices web conferencing tools, network and application related problems. Provide on-site meeting/conference setup support for HQ front office.
- Contribute to the development and updates of existing IT policies. Lead the implementation of IT policies and standard operating procedures.
- Lead in ITSM support structure development and implementation.
- Lead the IT disaster recovery and IT/data incident management.
- Lead the digitalization efforts in the IT infrastructure domain.
- Assist in requirement gathering, planning of projects of new ITSM, IT infrastructure, IT Security automation tools, technologies, and/or processes.
- Adhere to security requirements and report security issues with infrastructure.
- Manage IT assets availability via demand forecasting, procurement and inventory management, including tracking and disposal.
- Manage IT vendors (SLA management & timely contract renewal) that provide Infrastructure Products and Services for HNF.
- Manage inception of new IT application services by providing IT operational & IT security requirement and provide operational readiness testing for new IT Services.
- Any other related duties as directed by the Reporting Officer.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent
- Min 2 years of on-premises and/or cloud IT infrastructure administration & critical IT service management or equivalent.
- Experience in defining & setting up IT Service Management including Deskside Support, IT Operational Procedures (L1 & L2 support structure) and managing tasks of a small team of IT Operation Executives.
- Knowledge in the use of networking systems and devices, firewalls, wireless controls and technology, network switching and routing protocols.
- Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies and evaluate new technologies to meet current and future business needs.
- Knowledge of Cloud services management and provisioning such as Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Services, Exchange Services, MS Defender Endpoint Service. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, protocols and frameworks, and works in compliance with ISO/IEC 27000:2018.
- Able to work independently and manage ambiguity well. Ability to think and act independently and quickly and effectively solve issues as they arise.
- Ability to able to communicate effectively, multiple tasks and take on new challenge.
- Ability to methodically identify causes of complex issues, evaluate it and develop solutions in collaboration with the team.
- A team player with good analytical and problem-solving skills and is proficient in Infrastructure systems.
- Required to work after office hours or weekends for scheduled maintenance or any IT duties as and when required.
