- Greet and welcome member & guests
- Attend to member's enquiries and address to feedback and suggestion.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
- Support Membership administration process
- Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) will be advantage
- Minimum "O" level qualifications
- Front desk/reception experiences preferred
- Good communication and people skills

Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Purpose
Undertake the club reception and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. The "face" of the club for all members and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make members and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
