• Position: Assistant Accountant or Finance (AR/GST)
• Location: Near Raffles MRT
• Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (9.00am to 5.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4700 +Bonus + 14 days annual leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Accounting Firm- MNC

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with the analysis of financial and operating data provided
• Check data input in the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of data before generating bills for clients;
• Record receipts and payments into the accounting system;
• Follow-up on accounts receivables;
• Check and post timesheets;
• Check and verify expense claims recorded to accounts and cost centres
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing, e.g. intercompany transactions / processing intercompany payment, GST and VAT reporting, etc.

Requirements:

• Previous accounting or finance experience is considered an advantage;
• Degrees in financial or technical subjects are preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Words and Outlook
• Willing to travel at short notice.
• Proficient in the Vietnamese language is a plus
