Our client, is looking to hire a speaking Relocation Coordinator in Singapore that is business proficient or Fluent in English, Japanese and Mandarin.
The Relocation Coordinator will be in the office 1 day per week and can work from home the remainder of the week.
The Relocation Coordinator will:
- Coordinate the relocation process for assignees, providing information and support throughout
- Carry out pre assignment briefing calls and client policy review with assignees
- Be responsible for data integrity for assignee records
- Deliver a high quality service to customers
- Assist with the delivery of relocation services including home search, school search, visa and immigration, temporary accommodation and household goods moving
Requirements:
- Current/previous experience working in a customer service position from service industries including Hotel, Airline, Apartment, Real Estate or Travel
- Extensive experience providing excellent customer service to clients
- Previous proven experience in client support or account management
- Fluent or Business Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Japanese languages
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work to a high standard in a fast paced environment whilst meeting deadlines
- Extremely motivated and organised
- Cultural or international awareness
