    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist in recruiting, training and supervising team members. Ensure that team members adhere to the restaurant's policies, procedures and quality standards.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
    • Oversee and assist daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all departments.
    • Manage reservations from online or phone calls, manage walk in reservations through the reservation system with the ability to plan and forecast seating arrangements in advance.
    • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of service quality.
    • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well maintained in compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and dining areas.
    • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure a well-stocked and efficient operation.
    • Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
    • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly, striving to enhance the overall dining experience. Monitor service quality to ensure consistent excellence.
    • Interact with customers to work to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Monitor and control cost and wastages,
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years experience, with at least 2 years in Managerial positions
    • Energetic, good team player and service orientated.
    • Great leadership with interpersonal skills and effective communication.
    • Independent, proactive, resourceful and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
    • Strong time management, planning, must have flexibility, meet short deadlines, multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
    • Must be able to commit to rotating shifts and on Weekends and Public Holidays (5 day work roster, 44 hours)
