Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing Marketing Strategies: Responsible for creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals. This involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and identifying target audiences.
- Advertising and Promotions: Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and online content.
- Budget Management: Responsible for allocating and managing the marketing budget effectively. They must track expenses and ensure that marketing initiatives deliver a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Brand Management: Maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the brand's positioning and values.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights about consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. This information helps in refining marketing strategies and identifying new opportunities.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with product development teams to understand new product offerings and provide market insights to refine product features and positioning.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with marketing materials, sales tools, and lead generation support to help achieve sales targets.
- Public Relations: Involved in managing public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communications.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and use data to make informed decisions. Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Team Management: Oversee a team of marketing professionals, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team's productivity and development
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field is usually required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing manager role or a related field.
- Creativity: Creativity is essential in developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in the market and resonate with the target audience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaborating with crossfunctional teams, managing external agencies, and building relationships with stakeholders.
