- Brainstorming, sourcing, and implementing solutions to improve legal & compliance processes for contract review, claims handling, international sanctions, data protection and corporate governance
- Driving Asia-Pacific's legal & compliance innovation and operations projects
- Assisting in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Harmonizing knowledge management throughout the Asia-Pacific legal departments
- Raising the visibility of the Legal and Compliance department and educating our internal clients
- Undergraduate Law Degree with good knowledge in contract and company law

About the role
When looking for a solution for a problem, knowing the law is only half of the equation.
Reporting to the Regional Compliance & Data Protection Manager in our Asia-Pacific office, this role aims to impart you with a practical experience to deal with the other aspects of the practice of law – balancing compliance, business and the operations.
This role is principally targeted towards streamlining the Asia-Pacific's ways of working and supporting the business' internal clients through legal & compliance innovation and operations projects.
This 6-month full-time internship commences July 2024.
