Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
West (Transport Provided)
Permanent position

Plan monthly production based on forecasts and trends, involving relevant departments.
Coordinate parts orders with Parts Centers.
Ensure production schedule is achieved through coordination with machine shop and assembly.
Monitor WIP and production quantities.
Optimize resource utilization and ensure timely parts supply.
Drive efficient material usage to meet production targets.
Provide timely information on resource availability.
Facilitate smooth parts flow with plant staff.
Coordinate daily shipments and support sales department.
Address production issues and hold regular meetings with supervisors.
Prepare monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of supply chain (purchasing/ procurement/ planning) experience in the Manufacturing industry
Knowledge of AS400, MRP or ERP system and other production control system will be an added advantage
