**About the team

What you'll do

Establish and maintain strong banking relationships with banks and financial institutions
Assist in developing, drafting, and implementing treasury policy that adequately controls treasury activities and supporting the smooth running of the daily operations
Weekly withdrawal reconciliation and monthly deposit and withdrawal reconciliation
Monthly wallet and bank reconciliation, as well as preparation of monthly crypto snapshot
Monitor and forecast cash flow positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations
Processing of daily user fund withdrawal, and allocation of user fund into service per instructed by users
Fixed deposits management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of banking and crypto transactions and maintain proper documentation
Other ad hoc and administrative duties as per assigned

What you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience. Ideally 2 to 3 years of audit experience and minimum 1 to 2 years of treasury and/or operations experience
Passion and initiatives to stay informed about market trends, new banking products, and services to identify opportunities for improving cash management and financial operations
Working knowledge of banking products, services, financial instruments, cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the broader crypto market ecosystem
Familiarity with cash management practices, crypto exchanges, wallets, and custody solutions
Strong business development, negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage banking relationships and influence favorable terms. Nice but not a must to have a strong network of banking connections and relationships
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the banking and crypto industry
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced multicultural fintech environment
Independent, selfmotivated, excellent analytical skills, problemsolving abilities with attention to detail and have the spirit to expand the treasury function of the business
