An esteemed offshore law firm is seeking to recruit an Associate to join their Finance team based in Singapore.The ideal candidate should be qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
This role involves handling a diverse range of finance transactions, including general banking, fund financing, structured finance, special situations, derivatives, aviation finance, and corporate finance transactions.
