Description
The role is responsible for routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and/or public areas of the Hotel.
Primary responsibilities
- To clean guests' bedroom and/or bathroom.
- To ensure cleanliness of the public areas of Hotel.
- To replenish room amenities according to the operational standards.
- To ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
- To anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
- To perform thorough cleaning duties.
- To comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
- To carry out other duties as and when assigned by your Superior and/or the Management.
- This role is for 2 properties
- Novotel Singapore on Kitchener (nearest
MRT:
Farrer Park) & Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre (nearest
MRT:
Chinatown).
