Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Communication

• Assist in the development and execution of digital communication strategies.
• Contribute to social media management and content creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance online presence.

Small IT Improvements:

• Support in identifying and implementing small-scale IT improvements.
• Work on troubleshooting and resolving user-related technical issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of digital tools.

User Training:

• Conduct user training sessions on digital tools and platforms.
• Develop training materials and documentation for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and concerns.

PROFILE

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma
• Digital native, comfortable with MS Office and all latest digital apps
• Autonomy and ability to work independently.
• Curious, strong motivation and eagerness to learn, interested in technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of digital communication tools and IT systems.
• Requirements for language(s): English (nice to have: Mandarin).
