Description

Responsibilities:

Manage plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of material, processed goods, final products through the complete production cycle.
Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labour loading, and capacity requirements.
Planning of Daily Production Plan (DPP), Line Inventory and Balancing.
Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Liaise with key stakeholders including Suppliers, Management, Production and co packaging partners to ensure all material, goods inventory and plans are up to date and responsive to changes in material requirements, develop safety stock and inventory plans to meet production plans
Expediting material availability through liaison with procurement and teams involved with inbound material processing
Creation and management of material related KPIs and measures to ensure accurate understanding of material availability
Execution of key material availability, mobilization or write actions to support optimal management of inventory while reducing scrap/waste
Track, report and facilitate ontime material availability including testing and release for production
Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage that may arise.
Any other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

ITE/Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferred.
Proven experience as production planner, minimum 35 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing/ operations/mechanical in Pharmaceutical/FMCG/Nutrition/ Chemical/ semiconductor industry.
Good understanding of process cycle time and product quality accountability.
Selfdriven with Excellent Analytical and Problemsolving skills.

Notes:

6 months contract. Option to extend or converted depending on performance.
Able to start asap.
Based in Senoko

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
$4, $6,800.00 per month
