Responsibilities

General warehouse duties/ stock receiving
Support daytoday operations in the warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment
Prepare all shipping documents for local delivery & export shipment
To arrange timely delivery
Ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the allocated timeline and maintain stock accuracy
Upkeep and file related documentation on time and accurately
Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory, stock movement, and general matters for management review
Ensure store areas are safe and maintained
Maintain and update inventory records

Requirements:

Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, preferably in the manufacturing or precision engineering industry
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Wellorganized, systematic, meticulous, multitasking, and a good team player
Able to work under pressure and fastpaced environment
