- To assist in accounts receivables & payables (partial set of accounts)
- Handle all accounts receivable transactions for credit term customers.
- Handle daily cheques, Giro, T/T from customers and allocate these payments in the system.
- Handle daily cash collection and tally the amount received with the system and update the daily receipts into the system.
- Ensure monthly total receipts tally to bank statement
- Verification and check for unusual transactions
- Sending SOA to customers
- Attend to audit request
- Assist in processing of accounts payable transactions
- Issue payment vouchers and prepare payments
- Perform creditors statement reconciliation and resolve any invoice
- discrepancies
- Update and maintain fixed assets schedule
- Adhoc tasks - Handle application for credit terms with suppliers
- Singaporeans or PRs only
- Certified Accounting Technician
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Some experience in computerised accounting software and Excel
