Nityo Infotech is looking for Deskside Support Engineers.


Job Requirements,

  • Minimally 13 years' handson experience in supporting end users computing devices
  • Strong communication skills and attention to details, customer oriented
  • Possesses strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience in ticketing tools

Technical Requirements,

  • Windows 7 and above
  • Office 365, MS Office 201
  • Symantec Anti-Virus
  • Cloning tools (MDT)
  • Basic network in configuring wireless devices and network printing
  • MDM / InTunes

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 1pm - 10pm
