Nityo Infotech is looking for Deskside Support Engineers.Job Requirements,
- Minimally 13 years' handson experience in supporting end users computing devices
- Strong communication skills and attention to details, customer oriented
- Possesses strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in ticketing tools
Technical Requirements,
- Windows 7 and above
- Office 365, MS Office 201
- Symantec Anti-Virus
- Cloning tools (MDT)
- Basic network in configuring wireless devices and network printing
- MDM / InTunes
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 1pm - 10pm
Location:
Institute of Mental Health
