    Roles & Responsibilities

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing human resources functions as well as providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The HR & Admin Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting both our employees and the overall administrative needs of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources:

    Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
    - Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs, including the preparation of necessary documentation and training materials.
    - Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
    - Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
    - Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    - Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.

    Administrative Support:

    Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
    - Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary.
    - Oversee office cleanliness and organization, including the management of janitorial services.
    - Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
    - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
    - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.

    Employee Relations:

    Foster positive employee relations by promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
    - Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
    - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
    - Coordinate employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.

    Compliance and Reporting:

    Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
    - Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation, including employee turnover, headcount, and diversity statistics.
    - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR and employee-related information.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in HR administration and/or general administration roles.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
