Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send Quotation Highlights
- Prepare Insurer's Policy Illustration
- Prepare and send Annual Review Package
- Prepare and send Quarterly Statements
- Provide timely assistance to consultants / bankers such as prepare and courier Client Proposal / Policy Review document for client meeting
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Escalate any system or process errors to prevent future repeated errors
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Preferably 12 years of working experience in the insurance industry or equivalent
- Required language(s): English & Chinese
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- A team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
- Strong follow up skills and highly independent individual
