Background:

Investment and cash management activities:

Manage a group of subsidiaries' cash flow, forecasting needs and optimizing the use of cash ensuring adequate working capital and liquidity.

Oversee the investment portfolio ensuring that investment are managed within the guidelines of Corporate Treasury Policies

Corporate Treasury:
Provide operational support for Corporate Reporting, FX, Pension, Risk and

Corporate Finance:

cash forecasting and analysis to support Balance Sheet Hedging process, support management of debt/investment strategies, monitoring and reporting activities - cash positions, counterparty exposure, credit lines, bank utilization, interest yields.

Treasury Consulting & Project Management:

Provide treasury consulting services to internal partners across the businesses, shared services hubs in each regions: recommend and implement process improvements and other re-engineering projects such as the introduction of new products or changes to entity or bank account structure, identification of FX exposures, bank account structures, acquisition and divestiture support, ad-hoc funding requirements, capital structure planning, bank guarantees issuance and credit facilities; etc.

Banking relationship:
Manage global bank and local bank relationship within each region or country, including on-going review of banking products and services, pricing negotiation, annual review of credit facilities towards the objectives of maintaining an eff
