Compliance Officer - Singapore - INSIGNIA VENTURES PARTNERS PTE. LTD.

Description

• Work closely with fund administrators to review documents for investors onboarding
• Work with general counsel on legal due diligence and closing of investments
• Monitoring condition precedent and condition subsequent of portfolio companies
• Conduct regular review of AML/CTF risk.
• Review and maintain regulatory compliance and risk management policies and practices.
• Keep abreast of regulatory issues and assist in implementation of new guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate filings of regulatory returns, responses to queries from regulators and authorities
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
• Advise our portfolio companies in formulating their compliance framework.
• Oversee annual compliance declaration and other registrations of employees.
• Other adhoc compliancerelated duties.

• Experience in compliance, AML and FATCA
• Experience in the private equity or venture capital is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or other equivalent qualification
• Good communication and writing skills
• Transaction experience is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a team structure
• Proactive, collaborative and resultsdriven capable of managing pressure in a fastpaced environment
