RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise working leveling staff in the upkeep of facilities, transportation services, manage outsourced vendors such as housekeeping, laundry and security.
  • Supervise service delivery of contracted vendors and services providers to meet business and operational requirements
  • Coordinate improvement or rectification works with external contractors and ensures compliance to workplace safety and health.
  • Assist Operations Manager/Executive to attend to any security issues and monitor fire safety alarm system
  • Ensure efficient daytoday operations of the facilities, laundry, security, housekeeping and transportation team
  • Assist Operations Manager/Executive in managing the Facilities and Transportation teams inclusive of recruitment, discipline and performance appraisal.
  • Inform the Operations Manager / Executive of disciplinary issues in the teams.
  • Roster staff duties and transport schedule
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of staff
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or an equivalent with 3 years related experience
  • Good in report writing and project management.
  • Independent, work well under pressure and able to deliver under a tight timeline.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
