This role has clear ownership and influence.

ResponsibilitiesOwn the CRM and lifecycle strategy for Singapore across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Design, build, and deploy customer journeys that drive activation, engagement,
  • Maintain and optimise CRM templates,
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication between teams.
