Are you ready to drive your career forward in the driving world of transportation? Our company is in search of an Operations Executive to join our team and play an important role in our ongoing success.

5 days' work week

8:45AM to 6:15PM

Work Location: 8 Gul Circle

Company Transport Provided (From Boon Lay MRT)

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Manage the scheduling of drivers' job assignments to ensure smooth operations

Manage daily fleet maintenance and operations

Planning, coordinating schedules and monitoring of vehicle status.

Prepare and review contracts accurately and in a timely manner.

Respond to inquiries and requests for quotations with professionalism and attention to detail.

Monitor drivers' performance and ensure vehicle maintenance records and standards are met to uphold safety and service quality.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum full GCE "O" level certification or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, particularly Excel and Word

Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience in a similar role.
