**Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Transportation industry. They are looking for a Sales Lead to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Drive business growth and meet sales targets by effectively leading the sales team
Strategize/Execute plans to expand the company's customer portfolio
Oversee organizational sales activities, including revenue and expense management
Lead recruitment efforts, establish goals, provide coaching, and monitor sales personnel performances
Foster the professional development of the sales team through guidance and training
Develop/Maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and collaborating closely with them
Prepare accurate budget forecasts, presenting them to key management stakeholders
Stay informed on emerging market trends, keeping abreast of new products and competitor activities All other adhoc duties as assigned
