    Job SummaryAn exciting opportunity for a Operation Analyst for Consumer Banking Operations, Technology, and Operations Team in the Banking domain.

    Mandatory Skill-set
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related fields;
    • Foundational grasp and interest in banking and technology (e.g., RPA, API, Data Analytics, Qlikview, VBA);
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, showcasing critical thinking, and finding enjoyment in utilizing data to enhance work processes;
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team effectively;
    • Eagerness to learn and passionate about making a meaningful impact.
    Desired Skill-set
    • Knowledge in banking operational processes is an added advantage.
    Responsibilities
    • Demonstrate hands-on experience in executing the account opening process, ensuring all requests meet specified service standards in a timely and accurate manner;
    • Act as a catalyst for change by reviewing legacy processes, identifying areas for streamlining and automation to enhance staff productivity while adhering to risk and control standards;
    • Apply agile methodologies and frameworks for process improvement to actively contribute to our ongoing digital transformation journey;
    • Collaborate effectively with business units and various stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities within our current operations and processes;
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead digitalization initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of projects;
    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verification, and prepare operational procedures and documentation for team projects and digital initiatives;
    • Collaborate with the team manager to achieve established goals, including project timelines and deliverables;
    • Establish and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and documentation for implemented changes and initiatives.
