[What the role is]

As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

  • Support execution of internal and external funding projects
  • Working closely with the development team from conceptual and detail design to realization of functional prototypes
  • Organises and controls all aspects of the laboratory environment
  • Maintenance of equipment, as well as quality control, procurement and the daytoday running of the lab.
  • Operate precision engineering and rapid prototyping equipment
  • Assist in mechanical and electrical integration of equipment
[What we are looking for]

  • Suitable credentials in Engineering disciplines
  • At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing or R&D environment
  • Knowledge of CAD, CNC, PC and PLC programming will be an added advantage
  • Good project management as well as strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent team player who is selfmotivated, resourceful and possesses good interpersonal skills
