Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• To provide 1st level on-site support on organization end user operations
• Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced
• business environment
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions
• Proficient in managing, configuring, upgrading of Windows 10 & Windows 11 client
• images to allow for modular deployment of drivers, application packages for physical
• and virtual desktop images
• Performing root-cause analysis to identify Client operating system issues or faults and
• recommending solutions to resolve them within a stipulated SLA
• Perform extensive application testing use on client operating system before rolling out
• operating system updates to end user. (Monthly basis)
• Review current processes and identify gaps and provide continuous process
• improvements.
• Windows hardening experience
• Command Prompt and PowerShell knowledge.

Requirements:

• Hand-on experiences in building, testing or implementing desktop images
• Good practitioner in ITIL Framework
• Understanding of negotiation, conflict and risk management skills
• Excellent Vendor and End User relation management skills
• Quality Escalation Management, Exception Handling, Costs/Overhead Management and
• Contract Renewal skills and ensure that all SLA are met
• Ability to act as a good team player demonstrating dedication, reliability, adaptability,
• Initiative, good judgement and ability to work independently
