HR Executive - Singapore - ACKTEC TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.
Description
Administer and execute HR functions and processes in the areas of staff recruitment/ exit, orientation, leave and benefits, compensations, awards, communication, staff welfare, and others- Maintaining & updating records concerning personnelrelated data such as hires, transfers, resignations, performance appraisals, and leaves administration for all operations staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of record.
- Preparation of staff letter of appointment, job description, employee pass, performance appraisal forms, confirmation.
- Administer onboarding processes for new hires
- Monitor and update medical claims and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with Operations Department to meet manpower needs.
- Organise and participate actively in recruitment activities to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Liaise with third parties on recruitment and other HR related matters.
- Compile and participation on labour statistics and surveys
- Calculate and process payroll, OT to ensure compliance with corporate and legislative regulations
- Daily bookkeeping duties
- Support training and development administration
