Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical staff and term contractors in the daytoday facilities management, infrastructure development and enhancement of existing facilities, ensuring best standards of maintenance, cleanliness and security of the facilities.
- Lead and drive crossfunctional projects including project management, timeline management, stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination and tracking of project progress and deliverables.
- Review operational processes and frameworks to maintain operational excellence towards internal stakeholders' and external customers' satisfaction.
- Proactively improve existing operational capabilities to increase productivity.
- Work closely with Nursing and Procurement Departments in organising for and keeping proper records of calibration, quality control, equipment inventory, repair and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree preferably in Facility Management, Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- At least 8 years' management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment and proven record in managing staff and major projects.
- A good understanding of and experience in facilities management operations is required.
- Good interpersonal, project and stakeholder management, communication skills, determination, critical thinking and positive attitude.
