Responsibilities

Oversee the management of a portfolio of retail malls, including building maintenance and tenant support

Establish, build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants

Partner cross-functional teams to formulate and develop group-wide initiatives to optimise operational efficiency

Establish effective and strategic policies, procedures, and systems to support mall operations

Involve in asset enhancement initiatives for existing malls and new projects under development

Manage the manpower resources effectively to ensure optimal utilisation of resources

Work with relevant external Government agencies, service providers, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate or Property Management

At least 15 years of experience in property, retail and/or tenant management

Strong leadership skills

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Resourceful, strategic, energetic and passionate to drive initiative
