THE ROLE - Trade Marketing Manager

Hegen offers the analytical and strategic Trade Marketing Manager the opportunity to collaborate and drive local offline trade initiatives.

With strong business acumen, he/she will establish a robust work relationship with stakeholders by identifying their needs and putting forth a win-win solution, driving Hegen's sales ultimately.

Your experience and insights, together with your analytical skills, will introduce the team to new perspectives and execution, contributing effectively to Hegen.

**- Work closely with stakeholders (Management Team, Cross Functional Team) to develop plans to achieve commercial targets and direction for Hegen's local markets to drive business growth

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key retail partners including department stores to influence and drive greater marketing support, brand awareness and sales
  • Identify needs of key partners and strategize negotiation efforts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Manage trade marketing budget to ensure efficient spending to meet commercial objectives
  • Develop marketing activation plans and drive campaigns across existing & new retail channels to achieve maximum gains in terms of revenue and profitability and brand exposure
  • Work closely with the marketing team to propose marketing plan for new product launches, key brand campaigns and events (e.g., popups, baby fairs) and collaborate with vendors and external stakeholders relating to event setup
  • Mentor and guide other team members to execute channel strategies across all retail channels
  • Collate, analyse and review retail partner or platform sales and other performance metrics regularly to provide recommendations for performance improvement
  • Develop bestinclass POSMs and/or visual displays, to enhance brand recall for consumers

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of working experience in Trade Marketing role, experience from Consumer Goods or FMCG will be advantageous
  • Successful networking skills and contacts in the Singapore retail landscape
  • Strong stakeholders management skills
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with new and existing contacts
  • Demonstrate business acumen and inmarket execution capability
  • Confident negotiator with charismatic communication abilities
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
