Customer Service Officer 24 hrs shift (Inbound Call Centre Experience)This is a 12 months contract assigned to our clients
Salary Range:
$2,500-$3,000

Suntec
Work Schedule
- Comfortable with rotational shift 24 hours
- Monday - Sunday (including public holiday)
4. 5.5 days of work per week
(Shifting Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm & 2pm-11pm)
Job Description:
1. 1-2 years of inbound call center environment (min 6 months)
Education background:
Minimum O Level and above
- Multitask - Logging tickets, checking KBs while on the call
- First call resolution expertise to close the call at CSO level.
- Experience in dealing with Member of Public, Government/ IMDA/GovTech Contact Centre /
- Fast paced environment to handle about 30 or more calls per day
