Job Summary:

The Hand Packer will pack or package a coffee powder aterials by hand.


_Duties/Responsibilities:
_

  • Counts, measures, and weighs materials and products.
  • Removes defective products or materials, placing them in specified areas for handling.
  • Constructs, lines, and pads cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
  • Examines containers, products, and materials for quality control and ensures packing requirements are met.

Seals coffee powder using hand tools/ Vacuum Sealer**:

  • vac,
  • Marks and labels containers, container tags, labels, or products.
  • Enters packing, order, and product information in or on required forms, records, or other documents.
  • Stacks boxes on pallets.
  • Loads products and materials into packageprocessing equipment.
  • Transports packages to customers vehicles, loading areas, or other specified zones.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

_Required Skills/Abilities:
_

  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to assess products for quality compliance.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of principles and processes of customer service.

_Education and Experience:
_

  • One year of general work experience preferred.

_Physical Requirements:
_

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
