Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function for the company.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities for the company.
• Involve in payroll processing and insurance claims.
• Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
• Managing the leave administration and statutory claims.
• Assist in company training and development initiatives.
• Review and improve HR policy.
• Establish conditions of the contracts for transfers, promotions, and new recruits.
• Propose and implement new human resources processes.
• Business partnering with line managers and provide HR advices as needed.
• Knowledge of regional labor laws.
• Closely work with the management and staff to enhance working relationships and boost morale.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 7 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably from a European company
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
