Sales and Marketing Executive - Singapore - MARKET_SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Generate strategic ideas and planning to boost sales for MASG though increase of MASG branded products, and increase numbers of UFOs and Customers

• Lead and Drive sales through plan, launch and manage sale and marketing actvities, Event amd training functions

• Lead and guide comm and marketing , event and training executive on sales and marketing that includes implementing online promotions and campaigns, marketing materials (banners, flyers, catalogues, videos, tutorials in both languages, if required), review of training materials

• Build strong relationship with distributors and work closely with them to lead, guide and motivate them on support and involve of all company program and strategy direction

• plan, launch and manage business programs to drive sales, distributor and customer

• In charge of all aspect of business sales tool and technology, in charge of organize workshop/communication channel to teach and promote usage of the tool to help distributor on sLes growth

• Provide Corp Training to distributors so they aquiries knowledge and skillset to effectively built the business

• Support special projects and other duties as assign

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in e-Commerce, Business, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Product Marketing or related field

• At least two to three years of experience in sales, product marketing and digital marketing experience (e.g. Social Media, Online Media, Mobile, E-mail Marketing, etc).

• Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Senior position based on education level and working experience

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Possess good interpersonal skills

• Resourceful, creative and self-motivated individual

• Passionate and have good knowledge in health and nutrition product, personal care and cosmetic trends will be an added advantage.

• Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Power Point, Excel) and knowledge in HTML, Photoshop, CMS systems, Web Analytics is a plus

• Willing to take extra duties on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays to support events
