Head, Digital Channels - Singapore - MAYBANK SINGAPORE LIMITED

Job Description:
To manage & drive the overall business related to digital channels & propositions; with specific focus on all channels/solutions that have been rolled-out or are in-flight.
Some of the primary channels include:
- Web
- Consumer Internet Banking web
- Mobile banking
- M2U & M2U "MAE"
- Web
- Business Internet Banking ("Business Internet Banking")
- Overall channel management from a business & operations standpoint
- Drive key KPIs attributable to the channels
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing on strategies & action plan to drive business targets
- Collaborate with other vertical leads or Business LoBs on any innovations or enhancements executed in existing channels
- Overall PMO management for backlog management/ demand planning with IT counterparts
- Overall UAT management
- Management of UI/UX designers & overall customer journeys for optimal CX
- Support reporting requests as & when required
Job Requirement:
- Degree in any fields, preferably Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Information Technology
- Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage
- At least 8 years working experience in internet banking/mobile banking platform and financial industry would be hugely advantageous
